I was told in order to get there take 101 to Los Positas. Turn away from the mountains. When you come to a T-intersection and turn right. Take the second left at the base of a cliff. I am also told that once parking is gone it's gone so pick a time that may be less busy. I can't wait to take the Boys there! If anyone else has been there I'd love to hear about it.

In another bowl, mix peanut butter and milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix well. Place dough on a lightly floured surface and knead.
I have a big dog. A full sized German Shepherd of 85 lbs. Much bigger than little children we meet on our walks. Some little ones we meet do want to pet the dog.
If he makes a move to "kiss" a child it will likely bowl him/her over and possibly scare the kid. So I try to talk to the parent and child and let them know that my dog is very friendly and will let them pet but I want to be in control.
- First I get my dog to lie down.
- Then I let the child know how to pet him.
- I never let go of the leash so that I can keep control
- Standing on the leash snug is one way to keep him down and limit his reach.
Helping little kids get to know the joy of petting a dog is good. But keep in mind not all dogs are eager to have a dangerous little one that close. The dog may not be that trusting or that child may grab or take some other action that creates a dog re-action.
This is my way of keeping little kids and my dog safe. What do you have for experiences with little kids?
Keith

Make sure that the image that you wish to upload is no larger than 300 x 300 pixels and no larger than 72 dpi. While it will accept larger, in order for it to load quickly this is the best size. Make sure that it is a jpg or gif. I recommend jpg. If you want the picture to appear on the slideshow on your page check the box marked "Slideshow" on the upload page. Once all your pictures have been uploaded go to "Account" then "My Items" then "Edit SlideShow" and use the pulldown menu to pick the type of Fade you desire on your SlideShow and click "Save."
Do you walk your Dog? Yes?
Do you hear dogs barking as you walk your dog? Yes?
Does your dog have dog tags going Gingel Jangle as you walk? There is the key!
Think about the neighbors of that home bound dog. Your dog may be causing those home bound doggies to be bad neighbors.
We can curb the barking by putting some tape or a rubber band around our dogs' dog tags. You may even find the rubber band on your walk as the mail carrier may drop some on your path.
If you are the one with a barky dog at home... Would you rather that he bark a little less as doggies go past on the sidewalk?
If we curb the Jingle Jangle of the dog tags they will not hear the other dog from a long way off and then there will be Less Barking.
Big Benefit?!? Yes? Try it.
Post a reply with your findings.
 Keith ^. .^
